ULTIMA^TM Patented Closed Structural Insulated Panels represents the next level in timber frame technology, delivering exceptionally high levels of thermal performance and airtightness but also practically eliminating Cold Bridging due to its continuous high performance Kooltherm^TM  insulation lining.

Available in three thicknesses, U-Values range from 0.18 W/m²K to as low as 0.10 W/mM²K. The provision of a dedicated service void maintains the integrity of both the insulation and more significantly the airtightness of the panels.

Thermal Bridging - λValues Full thermal modelling of all critical details has been carried out to demonstrate the elimination of in thermal bridging.

The ULTIMATM Panel jointing system maintains continuity of airtightness not only at panel to panel junctions but also at critical junctions with foundations, intermediate floors and roof. In whole building airtightness testing has delivered permeability's as low as 0.5m3/m2/hr @ 50pa and consistently less  than 2m3/m2/hr @ 50pa. Ultima Wall  / Ground Floor Junction Thermal Bridging & Air leakage eliminated due to the continuity of Insulation &  Air leakage Barrier between wall and Floor Ultima Wall / Window Junction Air leakage Barrier dressed into window reveal to allow tape seal to window.
