Kingspan Century don’t just design and manufacture the timber frame kit, they can also erect it.

A nationwide network of erection teams can be deployed to build the structure on-site on the client's behalf or assist their own erection teams. In addition to being highly-qualified in the working practices of frame erection, it is a team that is highly trained in the all important area of health and safety.

Construction Stage

Panels are shipped to site in order to allow the installation team to proceed without taking up valuable site storage space.

Panels are all marked with an assembly number corresponding to our GA drawings. These are craned into place, temporary propped, levelled and fixed. Floor cassette panels or composite concrete decking are installed and work then commences on the next floor.

Our engineers attend site to ensure compliance with design and to sign off each area of the build as required.

Handover Stage

Upon completion a full package of information relating to the frame and components supplied by Kingspan Century is produced and handed over to the design team. This includes full framing calculations, drawings, specification and certification sheets.

Feedback is encouraged from all participants of the design team to ensure continuous improvement of the Kingspan Century system.
